Richard Olschewski is a founding partner of Olschewski Davie. Involved in the real estate industry since 1987, Mr. Olschewski was a Realtor from 1988 to 1992 and has a background in residential appraisal. He has operated several businesses in both the retail and construction industries.

Mr. Olschewski's areas of practice include: incorporations, shareholder disputes, partnerships, real estate, business tax planning, corporate restructuring, litigation and family law.

Ken Davie has been a partner in Olschewski Davie since 1999. He attended the University of Manitoba from 1992 - 1997, completing his undergraduate studies in psychology and economics in 1994. Mr. Davie received his law degree from the University of Manitoba in 1997.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Davie completed his articles with the Manitoba Department of Justice, Civil Legal Services Department in 1998. Mr. Davie then proceeded to practice in Saskatchewan, where he received his call to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2000. While practicing is Saskatchewan, he acted as general counsel for an array of lending institutions.

Ken Davie's main areas of practice include residential and commercial real estate and wills and estate work. Ken practices out of our office at 1601 Buffalo Place.

Ian has taught economics courses at several Canadian universities over the past two decades and continues to teach on a part-time basis. He has university degrees in economics, psychology and law. Born and raised in a rural town in southwestern Manitoba, Lindsay received her undergraduate degree in Philosophy from Brandon University and her law degree from the University of Manitoba.  She received her call to the Manitoba bar in 2003 and shortly thereafter, moved to Edmonton, Alberta to practice and received her call to the Alberta bar in the same year.  Realizing that her heart and home belonged to Manitoba, she relocated back to her home province.  Lindsay joined the firm of Olschewski Davie in November of 2005 and since then, has cultivated a wide and diverse clientele practicing in the areas of residential and commercial real estate, wills, estate administration and corporate law.  She takes pride in providing her clients with an easy-going and friendly attitude.

Lindsay is a past member of both the Equity Committee and Practice and Ethics Committee at the Law Society of Manitoba and has been engaged to be a lecturer at the Manitoba Real Estate Association.  In her non-work related time, Lindsay enjoys chasing after her two young children.

He has chosen to primarily practice in the area of family law which encompasses issues relating to divorces, child support, spousal support, custody, access, mobility, family property, separation, pre-nuptial and spousal agreements and grandparents' access to children. This particular area of law was chosen with an understanding of the emotional and financial stress that most clients feel while dealing with family law issues. In this regard he provides accessible, yet frank and professional representation to clients during what is frequently a very stressful and difficult time.

Brad was born and raised in Winnipeg, and studied Philosophy at the University of Winnipeg, where he graduated with Honours in 2003. He chose to pursue a career in law as a practical application of the skills learned through studying philosophy, namely: logic, reasoning, and argumentation.

Carly has appeared before the Small Claims Court, Court of Queen's Bench and Tax Court of Canada as well as assisted on cases before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. She brings with her a compassion for her clients and extreme dedication to her work.
