Bradley D. Mctaggart, B.A. Hons, LL.B
In April of 2011 Brad McTaggart joined the firm of Olschewski Davie. He has chosen to primarily practice in the area of family law which encompasses issues relating to divorces, child support, spousal support, custody, access, mobility, family property, separation, pre-nuptial and spousal agreements and grandparents' access to children. This particular area of law was chosen with an understanding of the emotional and financial stress that most clients feel while dealing with family law issues. In this regard he provides accessible, yet frank and professional representation to clients during what is frequently a very stressful and difficult time.
Brad was born and raised in Winnipeg, and studied Philosophy at the University of Winnipeg, where he graduated with Honours in 2003. He chose to pursue a career in law as a practical application of the skills learned through studying philosophy, namely: logic, reasoning, and argumentation. Brad graduated from Robson Hall Law School in 2006 and was called to the Manitoba Bar in 2007.
