Carly M. Kahan, B.A., J.D.

Carly is a partner at Olschewski Davie.

Carly attended the University of Manitoba and obtained her Arts Degree with a major in Criminology. She attended the University of North Dakota where she obtained her Juris Doctorate, with distinction, in 2010. As a result of her good standing at the University of North Dakota, Carly was inducted into the Order of the Coif, an honour society for individuals who graduate in the top of their class. She then obtained her Certificate of Equivalency 2011 from the National Committee on Accreditation.

Carly began with Olschewski Davie as a student from 2008-2010. She continued as an Articling Student with Olschewski Davie in the 2011 - 2012 calendar year and received her Call to the Bar in June of 2012. Carly has appeared before the Small Claims Court, Court of King’s Bench, Court of Appeal and Tax Court of Canada as well as assisted on cases before the Federal Court and Federal Court of Appeal. She brings with her a compassion for her clients and extreme dedication to her work. Carly practices primarily in the areas of residential and commercial real estate and wills and estates. Carly joined the partnership in January, 2023.
