Richard E. Olschewski, LL.B
Richard Olschewski, founder and partner of Olschewski Davie, extends an exceptional range of experience and knowledge the practice of law. He received his call to the Manitoba Bar in 1999 and his call to the Nunavut Bar in 2012. Practicing primarily in the areas Real Estate, Land Development, First Nations, Corporate Commercial, Construction law, and corporate matters, he has also advised and represented hundreds of clients on litigation matters.
In his previous litigation practice, he has appeared at all levels of court in Manitoba. On a national level, he has made appearances to the Ontario Court of Appeal and British Columbia Court of Appeal and successfully at the Supreme Court of Canada in 2018
Richard has attended hundreds of administrative tribunals around Canada, including in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario New Brunswick and Nunavut regarding the Indian Residential School Settlement (IAP)
Richard sat on the Board of Directors for The Children’s Museum from 2012 to 2018. He is currently on the Board of Directors for EO Manitoba.
